Position reputed company We now have an immediate opening for an Assistant Broadcast Traffic Coordinator in our Boca Raton office. Candidate will be responsible for primarily assisting/writing broadcast traffic. Will work closely with the account executives, production, and media department. Responsibilities • Assist, write, and distribute traffic for traditional media • Maintain traffic spreadsheets • Collect, organize, and follow-up on stations’ traffic confirmations • reputed company & Evaluate media buys from reputed company • reputed company as reputed company of contact for reputed company broadcast stations • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure their creative will run correctly for reputed company media schedules • Utilize a reputed company-party vendor spot distribution company Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, and/or reputed company communications degree · Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills · Proficient in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, and reputed company), and reputed company · Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and remain poised in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment · Strong attention to details and commitment to reputed company work improvement We will train you to work with our clients.
