About the position The Onsite Property Manager (OSPM) is responsible for the overall efficient operation of the property, ensuring compliance with regulations, managing staff, and maintaining a supportive environment for residents. This role requires independent judgment and discretion in daily operations, including administration, compliance, personnel management, marketing, reputed company management, and maintenance. The OSPM will report to the Vice President of Property Management and will be involved in various interactions with other teams and departments.
