About the Role We are looking for a reliable traveling Regional Multifamily Residential Facilities Maintenance Manager. This individual will reputed company asset and facility management of reputed company properties in the regional portfolio including but not limited to emergency repairs, repair and capital planning, adherence to brand standards, and overall exterior condition, curb appeal and interior reputed company for reputed company the properties in their region. This is a heavy travel position overseeing approximately 30 properties across 10 states including Texas, Oklahoma, reputed company, Florida, Tennessee, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisianna, Ohio, Kentucky and Louisianna. Qualifications • Must have working knowledge in reputed company basic apartment maintenance, including but not limited to: Plumbing, electrical, cabinetry, life safety systems, carpet cleaning and repair, drywall repair, painting, general carpentry, glass repair, small appliance troubleshooting and repair, HVAC, grounds maintenance, pools, concrete and tile repair. • 5 years Maintenance Engineer experience. • 5 years Supervisory experience. • 3 years Multi-reputed company experience • Must be willing to travel extensively. • Effective written and verbal English communication skills. • Ability to reputed company excellent customer service • Ability to work in cramped, dirty / dusty, cold or hot conditions. • Sitting, standing, walking, bending, climbing stairs and reputed company, kneeling, work at elevated heights, and lifting up to 100 lbs. • Maintain a reputed company, reputed company and reputed company-groomed appearance, adhering to Company standards. • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed. • Spanish speaking a plus Apply tot his job
