About the position The Regional Property Manager will oversee the management of affordable housing units in the Fayetteville/Raleigh, NC area, focusing on preserving and enhancing the quality of housing. This role requires a strong background in property management, particularly in mobile home parks, and fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with diverse tenants and stakeholders. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee the operations of affordable housing units in the region. , • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies. , • Lead and mentor property management staff to achieve operational goals. , • Develop and implement strategies to enhance property performance and tenant satisfaction. , • Coordinate leasing activities and maintain occupancy rates. , • Address tenant concerns and provide excellent customer service. Requirements • Fluent in Spanish (Required) , • 3 years of experience in property management (Required) , • Valid Driver's License (Required) , • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team. , • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
