About the position Responsibilities • Facilitate the negotiation, drafting, and execution of affiliations agreements with external partners or organizations. • Ensure agreements comply with organizational policies and legal requirements. • Maintain records of agreements and update as necessary. • Align with strategies and initiatives to enhance rotations and continued pipelines within the organization. • Serve as a point of contact for external partners regarding affiliations agreements. • Communicate effectively with stakeholders both internally and externally. • Coordinate meetings, conferences, or events related to agreements. • Coordinate education and communications in partnership with HR, Operations, etc. • Support a governance council and LOB specific needs. • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation related to tracking, benefits, development and agreements. • Maintain records and assist in financial planning related to agreements and initiatives. • Track affiliations and program data in centralized repository; supporting benefits analysis and partnerships with ROI for future employees. • Monitor compliance with agreements and regulatory requirements. • Evaluate the effectiveness of agreements and rotations and suggest improvements. • Conduct research on best practices in strategic alignment for affiliations agreements. • Analyze data and trends to inform decision-making processes. Requirements • Bachelor's degree preferred. • 2 years of experience coordinating detailed work programs and efforts across complex, multi-department areas. • Desired certifications: PMP and/or data analysis/visualization.
