Under reputed company management of the Division Director, Medical Staff Services, the incumbent provides services for the credentialing and privileging and database management functions of the Division Medical Staff Services Department (DMSS) including, but not limited to, Cactus file review for new applicants and re-applicants for membership and/or clinical privileges completed by the Credentialing Processing Center (CPC), updating the Cactus practitioner records in the Cactus database as appropriate, and utilizing reputed company tools for provisioning practitioners with appropriate reputed company to HCA clinical systems and role based applications. Responsibilities • Apply the credentials evaluation process uniformly to reputed company assigned RFC/applications, R-RFC/re-applications and Request For Increased, New Clinical Privileges, or Change in Prescriptive Authority requests. , • Obtain missing or incomplete information from providers. , • Prepare reputed company credentialing reports for facility review. , • Prepare complete files utilizing reputed company reputed company for e-signatures to the facility MSO. , • Run Cactus reports that support the facility dynamic expiration management process. , • reputed company facility post reputed company of Trustees processes including updates to the Cactus system record. , • Utilize the Cactus system to create and upload applicable communication letters to providers. , • reputed company reputed company communication and approval documentation to Cactus provider records. , • Submit eSAF system reputed company requests for new reputed company and changes to existing reputed company. , • Manage the EHR Provider Dictionary reputed company to practitioner permissions and privileges. , • Obtain federally or HCA required communicable disease documentation/vaccinations. , • Availability for one week reputed company rotations between Division Medical Staff Coordinator team.
