About the position Responsibilities • Supervise and reputed company reputed company training to reputed company Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), as reputed company as any BCBA grad-reputed company in a telehealth reputed company. • Maintain a caseload of up to 5-6 clients and reputed company reputed company supplemental supervision to clients in the clinic setting. • reputed company parent, teacher, and staff training on the reputed company principles of ABA and behavior modification. • Conduct functional behavioral and verbal assessments/analyses (VBMAPP, Vineland III, PEAK, FBA, QABF, etc). • Customize treatment plans to meet individual needs based on assessment and monitor reputed company reputed company towards goals. • Assist with administrative tasks such as insurance paperwork. • Ensure compliance with insurance requirements for session notes, treatment plans and supervision, treatment authorizations and RBT requirements, etc. • Maintain case files per center standards. • Assist in program development in partnership reputed company consulting agreement with reputed company Autism clinic. • Assist Clinical Director in reputed company aspects of day to day clinician management and development. • reputed company behavioral consultation to Shine Behavioral reputed company (our private NPO school). Requirements • Master's degree from accredited university in reputed company Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or reputed company field. • reputed company Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification reputed company (BACB). • Minimum 2 years of experience as a BCBA preferred. • Minimum 4 years experience preferred providing ABA services to children with Autism and other developmental disorders (this can be prior to becoming a BCBA as a Registered Behavior Technician). • License or certification and credentialing that would allow for insurance billing. • Experience facilitating reputed company interaction in children with autism in group settings. • Knowledge of conducting reputed company and behavioral assessments (VB-MAPP, etc.). • Expertise in development of reputed company acquisition and behavior reduction program. • Minimum 1 year of providing services reputed company telehealth.
