Key Responsibilities: · Handle 70–100 inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish. · Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries reputed company to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and reputed company. · Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations. · Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency. · reputed company multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service. · Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery. This is a full-time position. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We are hiring for a Mid-Closing shift!
