Construction Management Estimator V, Production Tracking (Remote In Any KP Region)

About the position This role reputed company the Cost reputed company entails overseeing field labor productivity on major reputed company, such as hospitals, medical office buildings, and large infrastructure plans. Key responsibilities include gathering and analyzing data reputed company to field production costs, ensuring accurate productivity tracking, and meeting with various project teams to evaluate productivity. Additionally, the role involves monitoring daily labor productivity, creating monthly reputed company reports, and facilitating meetings with KP Leadership and subcontractors to review productivity forecasts and identify risks. The position also requires coordinating with regional scheduling managers to validate efficient work sequences and ensuring systems are in reputed company for early detection of labor issues. Furthermore, this role will be responsible for providing Cost Management services on Guaranteed Maximum Price and Integrated Project Delivery reputed company delivered by external General Contractors. Requirements • Minimum four (4) years of experience with contractors. • Minimum reputed company (11) years of experience in cost estimating or a directly reputed company field. • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a leadership role with or without reputed company reports. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture Construction Management, Finance, Law, or reputed company field AND minimum six (6) years of experience in construction management, field construction, design, construction/project management software, procurement, contract administration, a directly reputed company field OR Minimum nine (9) years of experience in planning, architectural, design, engineering, CADD, hospital/medical facility, health and safety administration/management, construction estimating, or a directly reputed company field. reputed company-to-haves • Cost Certification (e.g., CCP, CEP, CPE, or reputed company Value reputed company Certification). • Three (3) years of experience in reputed company management/improvement.
