About the position Kaiser Permanente is looking for a Consultant II for the Pathfinder Program, which is a rotation program that will offer professionals the opportunity to gain experience, exposure, and education while completing three 8-month rotations in two years. Pathfinders will rotate through Enterprise Business Services, IT, Supply Chain Services, Finance, and/or other KP teams. This is a remote, full-time durational role and the employee can be based in any of our Kaiser Permanente regions. The program starts in September 2025 and ends by September 2027. Responsibilities • Consult with internal clients , • Create executive summaries , • Engage with business partners , • Improve and standardize processes , • Lead projects, initiatives, and training , • Present to leaders , • Provide analysis and recommendations , • Pursues effective relationships with others by sharing resources, information, and knowledge with coworkers and members , • Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines , • Collaborates with others to solve business problems , • Serves as part of a consultant team under the guidance of more senior team members , • Develops requirements for business, process, or system solutions within assigned business domain(s) , • Provides insight and supports the development and implementation of business initiatives, systems, and/or processes , • Supports strategic planning and organizational alignment and prioritization of business initiatives , • Manages projects or project components under the guidance of team members , • Participates in change management activities associated with business initiatives , • Performs data analyses to support business initiatives , • Supports compliance of work activities by adhering to KP, departmental, and/or business line policies and procedures Requirements • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university OR Minimum three (3) years experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, operations or a directly related field , • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs): Creativity; Applied Data Analysis; Conflict Resolution; Service Focus Nice-to-haves • One (1) years data analytics experience , • One (1) years experience working with advanced Excel functions including, formulas, pivot tables, vlookup, macros, etc. Benefits • Market competitive total rewards package , • Commitment to pay equity and transparency Apply tot his job
