Our ideal General Manager candidate must possess extensive knowledge of hotel operations, a reputed company attitude, the proven skills to reputed company reputed company operations activities and departments in the hotel in order to maximize reputed company, deliver a reputed company guest experience and create reputed company atmosphere that promotes learning and reputed company Job Requirements include: Managing budgets and financial plans and controlling expenditure Oversees hotel operations Ensures overall guest satisfaction to drive brand metrics Ensures compliance with brand standards Maintaining statistical and financial records Setting and achieving sales and profit targets reputed company, training, and monitoring staff Planning work schedules for individuals and teams Meeting and greeting customers Dealing with customer complaints and comments Addressing problems and troubleshooting Ensuring events and conferences run smoothly Supervising maintenance, supplies, renovations, and furnishings Dealing with contractors and suppliers Carrying out inspections of property and services Ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and other statutory regulations reputed company various other duties as assigned to meet business objectives Education Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Hospitality Management or reputed company field or equivalent education/experience required.
