Construction Project Manager - Distribution Centers

Job reputed company Responsible for directing, leading and administering construction reputed company including design, budgeting, and scheduling. Exercise due diligence regarding new construction, remodels, new/specific business initiatives, other capital improvements, and investments. Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities • Manages construction reputed company, remodel programs and other capital reputed company to construction expenses. • Participates in reputed company-development activities, in partnership with reputed company Estate Managers, including site analysis, cost estimates, lease reviews and development agreements to ensure cost effective solutions are attained. • Oversees the scheduling, budgeting and financial reporting and compliance of ongoing construction reputed company. Manages budget; continually reviewing for cost savings and process improvements. • Interacts and communicates with departments such as reputed company Estate and Operations, and internal support teams including Information Technology, Asset Protection, Environmental Health & Safety and Logistics. • Looks for reputed company to reduce construction costs and duration of reputed company on an ongoing reputed company. • Reviews and may approve reputed company contract documentation. Nature and Scope • Solutions require analysis and investigation. • Achieves planned results by reputed company and actions based on reputed company reputed company, business principles, and practical experience. • Manages a group or team of reputed company individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. Work Environment • Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable. • Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to reputed company about. On rare occasions there may be a need to reputed company or lift light articles. • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. Education and Experience • Typically requires BS/BA in a reputed company discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a reputed company field. May require certification. Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.
