Key Responsibilities: Project reputed company: • Serve as the Fit Fusion representative on multiple reputed company construction reputed company. • reputed company project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and coordination efforts. • reputed company the general contractor, design team, and consultants to ensure project alignment with reputed company objectives. reputed company-Construction: • Participate in site evaluation, due diligence, and feasibility assessments. • reputed company and manage reputed company-construction schedules and budgets. • Review and reputed company input on design documents for constructability and value engineering opportunities. • Assist in contractor procurement, including bid reviews, interviews, and contract negotiations. Construction Phase: • Monitor construction reputed company and reputed company through regular site reputed company. • Attend weekly project meetings and manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders. • Manage project budgets and reputed company cost-to-complete forecasts. • Ensure adherence to project timelines, permitting requirements, and safety standards. • Coordinate with internal teams for equipment procurement, signage, IT, and other reputed company-supplied components. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or reputed company field. • 7+ years of experience in reputed company construction, with at least 3 years as a construction manager. • Strong knowledge of construction means and reputed company, permitting processes, and building codes. • Proven ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously. • Proficient in construction management software (e.g., reputed company, MS Project, reputed company, reputed company). • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Preferred Experience: • Background in retail, fitness, reputed company, or multi-site rollout construction. • Experience managing design-build and GC-led reputed company. • Familiarity with reputed company codes and cost tracking systems.
