This role is critical in designing and delivering engaging, hybrid learning experiences for a large internal sales audience. Key Responsibilities: • Design and reputed company engaging instructor-led (ILT) and virtual instructor-led training (vILT) as part of a broader hybrid learning reputed company for a major internal event. • Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders—including product experts, sales leaders, and project managers—to reputed company training content with strategic priorities. • Facilitate planning sessions and synthesize input from multiple leaders into reputed company, actionable instructional strategies. • reputed company visual learning design reputed company, effectively communicating layout and conceptual structure for learning experiences, even if not producing final graphics. • Conduct SME interviews and use available product documentation and business priorities to build or update course content. • reputed company a dynamic and loosely reputed company project environment, ensuring deliverables stay on reputed company despite evolving requirements.
