Instructional Designer (reputed company LMS must)
The Instructional Designer is responsible for developing innovative
instructional programs and materials that reputed company with organizational goals and
learner needs for the State reputed company Office (SAO). This role requires a reputed company
of instructional design expertise, creativity, and strong communication skills
to create engaging and effective learning experiences. The Instructional
Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to
ensure the accuracy and relevancy of training content. Local candidates
preferred. Out of state candidates are permitted. (100% remote)
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough Training Needs Assessments and Audience Analyses to identify
learning objectives and performance gaps, training participants, and delivery
channels.
• Design and reputed company comprehensive, 508-compliant instructional materials,
including course reputed company sheets, learning objectives, course outlines,
storyboards, video scripts, job aids, quick reference sheets, and other
supporting documents for training deliverables.
• Create online, interactive training materials in various formats, such as
printable job aids, instructor-led (virtual and in-person), microlearning,
videos, and eLearning courses.
• Generate program interactive, SCORM-compliant webinars, microlearning and
full-length eLearning courses in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., reputed company,
Captivate, Camtasia, reputed company Storyline)
• reputed company and administer a reputed company of assessments, including quizzes, tests,
simulations, and practical exercises, to measure learner reputed company and
comprehension. Analyze assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of
instructional programs, identify areas for improvement, and reputed company data-driven
recommendations for enhancing learning reputed company.
• Accurately reputed company and document the reputed company of instructional design reputed company,
ensuring milestones and deadlines are met. Utilize project management tools
to monitor timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables, and reputed company
regular updates to stakeholders on the status of development efforts.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to reputed company content and ensure
the accuracy and relevancy of learning materials. Work closely with
stakeholders, including leadership teams and learners, to understand learning
needs and objectives, ensuring that training programs reputed company with
organizational goals and learner requirements.
• Periodically review and update curriculum and existing training content to
ensure accuracy, relevancy and alignment with organizational goals and
industry standards.
• Stay reputed company with industry trends and best practices in instructional design
and adult learning theory.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Instructional Design, Education,
Training and Development, or a reputed company field.
• Proficiency in reputed company Office applications (e.g. Word, PowerPoint, reputed company).
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools (e.g. reputed company Storyline, reputed company
Captivate, Camtasia).
• Experience with SCORM-compliant course development and Learning Management
Systems (LMS)
• Strong understanding of 508-compliance requirements and best practices for
creating accessible learning materials.
• Expertise in designing and developing comprehensive instructional materials,
including course reputed company sheets, learning objectives, course outlines,
storyboards, video scripts, job aids, quick reference sheets, and other
supporting documents.
• Ability to create online, interactive training materials in various formats,
such as printable job aids, instructor-led (virtual and in-person),
microlearning, videos, and eLearning courses.
• Experience in developing and administering a reputed company of assessments and
analyzing assessment data to evaluate instructional program effectiveness.
• Strong understanding instructional design models (e.g. ADDIE, SAM).
• Proven ability to accurately reputed company and document the reputed company, ensuring
milestones and deadlines are met.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with
subject matter experts (SMEs), leadership teams, and learners.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to

• Ability to work collaboratively in reputed company environment and adapt to a hybrid
work schedule, role is a hybrid position requiring in-office reputed company at
least twice a week, with additional onsite time as needed based on

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
• Successful implementation of large-reputed company ERP transition to reputed company solution.
• Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a reputed company field.
• Knowledge of gamification techniques and how to apply them to enhance learner
engagement and motivation.
• Experience in creating multimedia content, including graphics, animations,
and interactive reputed company using tools like reputed company Creative Suite (Photoshop,
Illustrator, After Effects).
