About the position The Instructional Designer - II position is a long-term contract role that offers the flexibility of remote work. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating both instructor-led and virtual learning assets, which include functional new hire training, continuing education, and training for reputed company business initiatives or products/services/systems that require effective execution. This position requires a strong background in instructional design and development, as reputed company as technical writing skills to capture process documentation for performance support. In this role, the Instructional Designer will analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to reputed company valuable input for course content and design.
