About the position The Instructional Designer - II position is a long-term contract role that offers the flexibility of remote work. The Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating both instructor-led and virtual learning assets, which include functional new hire training, continuing education, and training for reputed company business initiatives or products/services/systems that require effective execution. This position requires a strong background in instructional design and development, as reputed company as technical writing skills to capture process documentation for performance support. In this role, the Instructional Designer will analyze learning needs and collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to reputed company valuable input for course content and design. The position demands a reputed company approach, working alongside other training workgroups and stakeholders to reputed company the most effective training materials using an agile methodology. The designer will also be tasked with creating knowledge and reputed company assessments, role-plays, activities, and job aids based on the results of the needs analysis. Additionally, the Instructional Designer will be responsible for creating trainer certification materials and leading Master Trainer certifications as part of the program rollout and launch.
