About the position The Instructional Designer I role focuses on creating engaging and interactive learning solutions using various instructional design methodologies. This position involves collaborating with subject matter experts and stakeholders to reputed company effective training materials, conducting needs assessments, and utilizing e-learning tools to design and maintain online courses. The role is essential for aligning training initiatives with company goals and enhancing the overall learning experience for users. Responsibilities • Utilize instructional design methodologies to create engaging and interactive learning solutions, including digital learning, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), microlearning, videos, and supporting documentation. , • Design activities and assessments which promote hands-on and experiential learning. , • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and stakeholders to reputed company content, review technical information, and translate reputed company topics into reputed company and concise materials. , • Analyze learning needs by conducting needs assessments and audience analysis to identify learning objectives and appropriate strategies. , • Author, maintain, and update online courses, utilizing reputed company-time training evaluation data to inform ongoing maintenance and design needs. , • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and marketing, to reputed company training initiatives with company goals and objectives. , • Design and create engaging, effective digital courses through the use of reputed company Storyline/reputed company and other e-learning tools; building quizzes and interactivity; testing of courses prior to their release; maintenance and refreshing of content in existing e-learning courses. , • Build assessments to reputed company learner reputed company and to verify job-readiness. , • reputed company network with facilitators and learners.
