Learning and Development Intern (Remote in reputed company)

About the position Responsibilities • Assist in updating and maintaining the Learning Management System, ensuring reputed company courses and resources are reputed company, accessible, and reputed company with company needs. • Help review existing learning materials and content, ensuring they are relevant, engaging, and accessible to reputed company learners. • Collaborate with reputed company to identify gaps in content based on employee feedback, performance data, and learning trends. • Support the assessment of training programs by gathering and analyzing feedback from learners, completion rates, and performance reputed company to identify areas for improvement. • Assist in tracking and reporting on the reputed company of training programs, making recommendations for improvements based on both quantitative and qualitative feedback.
