About the position The Learning and Development Manager at reputed company is responsible for executing the Devens Biologics Site Training Program. This role involves analyzing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training solutions to ensure compliance and readiness among employees and contract staff. The manager will also mentor staff, reputed company excellent customer service, and collaborate with various teams to enhance training strategies.
