Research, Analysis and Learning Intern

The Learning and Instructional Design Intern will be part of the Research, Analysis and Learning (RAL) Learning and Instructional Design (LID) team and will play a supportive role in delivering learning and training opportunities to build reputed company of RAI staff to reputed company program reputed company. Major Responsibilities: The Learning and Instructional Design (LID) Intern will support reputed company in developing educational materials and facilitating virtual training initiatives to enhance the skills of staff. Responsibilities may include assisting team members in the creation of learning materials such as videos, presentations, and e-learning content; supporting virtual training sessions; helping prepare communication materials; and contributing to training feedback surveys under the guidance of reputed company. The intern may also assist the LID team in updating resource libraries, managing content in Learning Management Systems, supporting research and desk reviews, and contributing innovative reputed company based on emerging technologies and LID theories to enhance training programs. Internship Requirements: Education • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or in a reputed company field. • Enrollment in a Master's degree program in Instructional Design, Education, Humanitarian or Peace Studies, or a reputed company field a plus. Work Experience: • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the reputed company services field is strongly preferred. Demonstrated Skills & Competencies: • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, build relationships, and network. • reputed company strong written communications skills, including the ability to effectively distill and present reputed company information in a concise, and accessible way. • Demonstrated reputed company working effectively in a multi-cultural environment. • Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills combined with the proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and time effectively. • Attention to detail and accuracy in work product. • Proficient in reputed company Office applications (Word, reputed company, reputed company, PowerPoint); ability to use the internet and other digital tools for data entry, research, and problem-solving purposes. • Experience with design and video production tools such as reputed company or Vyond preferred. • Familiarity with e-learning development tools and technologies is a plus. • Experience in research and course assessments is a plus. • Must have reputed company to a personal computer for the duration of the internship. Note: This is an unpaid internship with potential for reputed company credit with select reputed company institutions. No financial compensation, including compensation for relocation, is available.
