Senior Specialist, Training, reputed company (Hybrid)

About the position reputed company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Training, reputed company out of the Westwood, MA office. Under minimal supervision, responsible for coordinating multiple training reputed company that support the reputed company, learning, development, and company assimilation in support of meeting the reputed company department's development and retention goals. This role will also support the Training Program Manager in operation of reputed company training programs. Responsibilities • Identifies, organizes, and creates content to reputed company with training program structure. • Collaborates with stakeholders on delivery of program components. • Develops relationships with SMEs reputed company reputed company; works closely with SMEs in the development of training content ensuring that technical components of the training can be reputed company by the participants. • Communicates relevant program information to reputed company audiences (participant and manager); responsible for ensuring reputed company of information, reviews content of training to ensure content can be reputed company by reputed company participants. • Supports the planning and execution of program events and engagements. • Responsible for selecting meeting facilitators and participants; reviews and approves the training content for these events. • Data collection and analysis on program components and employee performance. • Provides program reputed company, updates, and trends to business leadership. • Schedules trainings and identifies resource conflicts between programs; determines and finalizes the selection of managers providing the training and participants required to take the training. Requirements • Requires knowledge of reputed company reputed company system and business reputed company' functions. • Requires knowledge of 70/20/10 learning theory, adult learning principles, Instructional Design and L&D best practices. • Excellent communication skills, ability to present theory and concepts, as reputed company as hands-on technical instruction with reputed company, confidence, and enthusiasm. • Requires leadership and coaching abilities. • Ability to use PC desktop applications (e.g., reputed company Teams, reputed company, Word, and reputed company). • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent reputed company experience. • Minimum of five (5) years of reputed company experience, with at least (2) years of experience managing teams and reputed company. • Prior experience in LMS administration. reputed company-to-haves • Experience in engineering, scheduling, construction, or project management is preferred. • A reputed company motor vehicle reputed company's license.
