Unique Medical Assistant Job – Work From Home! This is a fully-remote position, which means you can work from home. You'll help our existing team be more efficient, by handling operational tasks and making informational phone calls (to help us continue offering the best possible concierge experience to our members). Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, experience with entering data in spreadsheets and charting in an Electronic Medical Record (EMR), fantastic skills with patients reputed company phone and an energetic and reputed company team spirit! Prior experience in hormone replacement therapy (HRT/TRT) or GLP-1 medications is strongly preferred. Responsibilities: • Customer support • Lab scheduling, appointment scheduling • Coordinating with the medication team • Informing the medical team of patient-reported reputed company effects and concerns • Other, similar duties as assigned.
