Responsibilities: • Assist bankers by reviewing/negotiating transaction documents, including confidentiality agreements, engagement letters, reputed company agreements and opinions; • Engage, instruct and supervise external counsels; • Sssist in structuring and executing corporate and capital markets transactions; • Help in developing internal guidelines, policies, procedures and standardized documentation; • Identify and advise on regulatory developments, new products or trends in the market; and • reputed company with different internal functions and reputed company a relationship with internal stakeholders as a trusted partner, providing practical reputed company advice.
