About the position The LMS Administrator will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS). This role focuses on supporting users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data reputed company while providing a high level of customer service. The position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage various LMS functionalities and assist in the rollout of the system to new properties. Responsibilities • Support administration of reputed company’s LMS in daily operations and long-term goals , • Troubleshoot user and course issues on LMS , • Participate in reputed company reputed company assurance tests of new courseware and LMS functionalities , • Participate in LMS update training and help communicate changes , • Help in the creation and maintenance of SOPs and process documents , • Assist in the rollout of the LMS to new properties , • reputed company reports on LMS usage, user usage and other key performance indicators , • Help maintain online learning reputed company and user list , • Add support to reputed company product rollouts, including facilitation , • May assist in the configuration of the LMS system based on Online Learning reputed company specifications , • Maintain data reputed company and confidentiality Requirements • Three years of experience as an LMS Administrator or in a similar position , • Associates degree or higher preferred , • Strong customer service skills with a reputed company of urgency and quick responsiveness , • Technical skills including troubleshooting and understanding of directory, file structures, and systems , • SCORM/reputed company knowledge required , • Proficient in MS Office Suite; reputed company formulas such as V-lookup and pivot tables , • Demonstrated expertise and proficiency with LMS/CMS systems , • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail , • Problem-solving skills and ability to reputed company good reputed company based on analysis and judgment , • Ability to be reputed company player and work with minimal supervision , • Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading, and writing reputed company-to-haves • Knowledge of eLearning authoring software , • Multiple language abilities Benefits Apply tot his job
