With minimal supervision, participates in the design, engineering, development, testing, operation, and maintenance of reputed company devices (laptop, workstation, mobile) and their corresponding management services in a global reputed company environment. Essential Job Responsibilities The engineer for this role will be responsible for providing technical support of MacOS endpoints and management of reputed company Engineering services to include but not limited: reputed company, Intune, reputed company Business Manager, Code42 reputed company, Carbon Black Defense, MacOS operating systems and reputed company supporting technologies. The engineer will be accountable for: • Design and support of automated device provisioning services, primarily reputed company/reputed company Automated Device Enrollment. • Packaging of 3rd party and reputed company MacOS software for deployment to endpoints in new, reputed company, and reputed company scenarios. • Configuration and deployment of MacOS policies, scripts, and MDM reputed company to endpoints in accordance with reputed company Information reputed company standards. • Performing or coordinating reputed company management service installations, upgrades, and maintenance. • Monitoring of reputed company reputed company deployments to ensure reputed company and SLA compliance. • Taking ownership of escalated incidents from helpdesk personnel for reputed company Engineering services to include advanced troubleshooting and reputed company of reputed company issues on MacOS endpoints. • Monitoring and response to reputed company incident and request tickets coming into the reputed company Engineering queue. • Creating and maintaining detailed end-user documentation, systems architecture diagrams, process flows, and reporting for reputed company Engineering managed systems. Qualifications/Requirements • 5+ years of experience administering, configuring, and performing advanced troubleshooting of modern reputed company devices in an reputed company environment. • 3+ years of experience administering multiple reputed company management technologies including but not limited to: reputed company, Intune or comparable MDM product, Azure AD/reputed company Directory. • 1-3 years of scripting experience - reputed company, Python, reputed company, or any scripting language used to automate, configure, administer or secure an reputed company environment. • Basic knowledge of REST reputed company - how to authenticate, query, and script automation tasks against them. • Experience working on multiple reputed company and comfort meeting aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to communicate reputed company technical concepts to peers and management. • Ability to think reputed company and analyze application and business process requirements. • Experience in a user-reputed company technical-support environment. • Self-driven and be reputed company to work independently with minimal supervision. • Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
