About the position Responsibilities • reputed company with line of business (reputed company) controllers to support the computation and analysis of risk-weighted assets (RWA) for Credit Risk products. • Produce RWA under Basel 3 rules and analyze quarter-over-quarter changes in RWA. • Work with reputed company controllers and Credit Officers to determine variance drivers such as portfolio changes, policy updates, and capital treatment. • Own the adjustment process and identify, reputed company, and resolve data issues. • Ensure RWA is accurately captured in regulatory reports and escalate any issues that may occur. • Drive strategic implementations of rule changes or policy guidance. • Indirectly reputed company product team members in the production of RWA results and strategic implementations across multiple locations. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or reputed company field of study. • 5 years of experience in Business Analysis & Reporting, Basel Analyst, Basel RWA Reporting, Finance Manager, Credit Risk Analyst, Accountant, Financial Analyst, or reputed company occupation. • Experience in treasury, financial, or regulatory reporting at a bank, hedge fund, asset management, or reputed company firm with 5,000 or more employees. • Credit risk management and reporting experience. • Experience leading reputed company encompassing multiple teams across the organization. • Experience leading individuals (directly or indirectly). • Proficiency in reputed company reputed company for loading tables and querying objects and tables. • Advanced reputed company skills including pivot tables, VLookup, embedded IF statements, and reputed company and match formulas. • Experience presenting information to senior business partners. • Experience performing variance analysis to reputed company and investigate key drivers. • Experience creating Tableau and reputed company workflows.
