Workforce Analyst / Excel & Power BI / Insurance / REMOTE

About the position Responsibilities • Assist in managing business process improvement projects to enhance customer and client experience. • Support the identification of process optimization opportunities. • Execute process enhancements under the guidance of senior team members. • Assist with project communication and reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. • Act as a liaison between team members and stakeholders. • Assist in resource allocation and project planning. • Learn and apply process optimization methodologies effectively. Requirements • Expert knowledge and working experience of MS Excel, macro building, PowerPoint presentation, and MS Word is a must. • Experience of working with teams located across multiple geographical locations/cultures and able to collaborate well is a must. • Effective communication and presentation skills are essential. • Ability to execute, monitor, track, and follow up on assigned tasks until completion is required. • Ability to analyze various data inputs, compare/consolidate, and prepare reports for management on short notice is necessary. • Experience in the usage of Power BI tool and various project management related tools is an added advantage. • Working experience in an integrated environment with collaboration across multiple teams/projects is required. • Experience in data analysis and effective data building capability is essential. • Willingness to overlap with teams located across various geographical locations to provide wider support coverage. Nice-to-haves • Experience in business process analysis and recommendations. • Proficiencies in process analysis and data-driven decision-making. • A continuous learner who stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology. • Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus.
