BizTec Global is a fast-growing IT staffing firm helping enterprise clients fill high-impact roles across the U.S. We’re currently scaling our team and seeking commission-only recruiters to help us place top-tier IT talent in roles like Data Engineers, Backend Developers, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, and more.

What You’ll Do:
• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, or your own network
• Screen and qualify candidates for fit and availability
• Submit candidates into our internal process
• Follow up on interviews and manage candidate communication

Compensation:
• Commission only: You’ll be paid per successful hire
• Commission per placement: $3,000 – $7,000, depending on the role
• No hourly pay — payment is tied to hires only
• Ongoing work available as we grow

Ideal Candidate:
• 2+ years of experience recruiting for IT or tech roles
• Familiar with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Responsive, communicative, and results-driven
• Able to work independently (no handholding)

• Your own sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, or scraping methods)
• A computer, internet connection, and ability to deliver results
