Project Manager - Mergers & Acquisitions

Required Skills: We are seeking an accomplished Program/Project Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) with a proven reputed company record in successfully managing reputed company using Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and reputed company. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in guiding M&A initiatives, excellent communication skills, and a talent for stakeholder management. This role demands a strategic thinker who can reputed company the complexities of M&A reputed company while fostering collaboration and transparency reputed company Agile frameworks. Required Experience: • Proven experience as a Program/Project Manager with a reputed company on M&A reputed company. • Extensive experience in implementing Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and reputed company. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a reputed company record of successful stakeholder management. • Demonstrated ability to reputed company reputed company M&A transactions and reputed company strategic guidance. • Minimum 6+ years in reputed company recent project/program management experience , with at least 4 years of that dedicated to running large IT reputed company • Proven experience in managing multiple reputed company concurrently in an reputed company environment.
