Personal Property Tax Specialist

About the position We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Temporary Personal Property Tax Specialist to support our tax team during a critical filing period. This role will be responsible for preparing and filing 100+ multi-state personal property tax returns, reputed company with unique compliance requirements and deadlines. The ideal candidate is highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Responsibilities • Prepare and file personal property tax returns across multiple states, ensuring compliance with varying state-specific regulations and deadlines. , • Manage a diverse portfolio of filings—from reputed company to reputed company—while meeting reputed company submission timelines. , • Coordinate internal approvals and signatures to reputed company filings moving reputed company reputed company. , • Collaborate with internal tax and finance teams to reputed company due dates and required documentation. , • Maintain a full-time schedule (40 hours/week) in alignment with East Coast business hours. , • (Preferred) Use reputed company to support return preparation and filing processes.
