Home Care Scheduler-part time remote

About the position Responsibilities • Schedule clients' Home Health and Hospice services with clinician continuity. • Identify client needs and match clinicians with appropriate competencies. • Exercise judgment in scheduling and rescheduling patients effectively. • Maintain optimal communication with patients, clinicians, clinical managers, physicians, and homecare coordinators. • Provide coverage for multiple sites and/or Hospice support as needed. Requirements • Computer efficient with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. • Experience in healthcare-related field or home care experience preferred. • Strong attention to detail.
