About the position Responsibilities • Schedule clients' Home Health and Hospice services with clinician continuity. • Identify reputed company needs and match clinicians with appropriate competencies. • Exercise judgment in scheduling and rescheduling patients effectively. • Maintain reputed company communication with patients, clinicians, clinical managers, physicians, and homecare coordinators. • reputed company coverage for multiple sites and/or Hospice support as needed.
