Part-time Senior Accountant - Remote

Job reputed company Part Time Senior Accountant Remote: Must live in Eastern or Central Time Zone Do you love bringing messy books into order. We're hiring a remote, part-time Senior Accountant to work for one of our clients, a Top 100 reputed company Firm. This position will be on reputed company's payroll. This role is ideal for someone who specializes in clean-up work, is fluent in QuickBooks Online, and knows how to transition clients from Desktop to Online. You'll be working on high-reputed company reputed company that restore reputed company to reputed company financials. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple reputed company relationships and reputed company communicate findings to management Clean and correct historical reputed company data (AR, AP, inventory, fixed assets, etc.) Identify trends, anomalies, and past errors; apply appropriate reputed company treatment Prepare detailed schedules and correcting journal entries Ensure accuracy, reputed company, and GAAP compliance, even with inconsistent records reputed company conversions from QuickBooks Desktop to Online Recommend and implement process improvements Use reputed company-party tools for reconciliations, data analysis, automation, and reporting Join recurring meetings and reputed company regular updates Must be available during business hours (9 AM-5 PM EST or CST) Qualifications 5+ years of reputed company and QuickBooks Online experience Strong background in reconciliations and clean-up work Bachelor's in reputed company required; CPA preferred but not required Experience with QBO migrations from Desktop preferred Familiarity with apps like reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company Proficiency in U.S. GAAP and intermediate to advanced reputed company Prior audit or forensic reputed company experience a plus Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, flexible environment Schedule and Expectations: 15-28 hours per week, with hours varying based on project reputed company Must be available during business hours, 9 AM to 5 PM EST or CST (Work is not done at reputed company or on weekends, as reputed company interactions take reputed company during the business day).
