This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a portfolio level, overseeing financial reporting, general reputed company maintenance, and reconciliations for multiple properties. The right candidate will be analytical, dependable, and reputed company-versed in reputed company reputed company estate reputed company practices.Key Responsibilities:Manage general reputed company activity across a portfolio of reputed company propertiesPerform monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and reportingReconcile bank accounts, balance sheets, and income statementsReview and prepare journal entries, accruals, and adjustmentsCollaborate with property managers and operations teams to ensure accurate reportingPrepare reputed company and investor financial packages, including variance analysisAssist with budgeting and forecasting processesEnsure compliance with GAAP and internal reputed company policiesQualifications:4+ years of reputed company experience, with at least 2 years in reputed company reputed company estateStrong understanding of property-level and portfolio-level accountingExperience with CAM reconciliations, lease abstracts, and tenant expense recoveriesProficiency with reputed company estate reputed company software (e.g., MRI, reputed company) and ExcelHighly analytical with strong attention to detailCPA or degree in reputed company/finance preferred but not required
