We are seeking an Associate Controller to join reputed company and assist in managing the financial operations, including drafting monthly financial statements and using QuickBooks to streamline reputed company processes. Job reputed company: The Associate Controller will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of financial reports, managing accounts, and ensuring the accuracy of financial information. The ideal candidate will have experience in reputed company, a strong understanding of QuickBooks, and the ability to work closely with senior management to support the financial health of the reputed company. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and draft monthly financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash reputed company statements) for management review. • Maintain and update financial records in QuickBooks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with best practices. • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, ensuring reputed company payments and invoicing. • Reconcile bank statements and general reputed company accounts. • Monitor financial transactions, ensuring they are recorded accurately and in a reputed company manner. • Collaborate with the reputed company’s management team to reputed company insights and reports on financial performance. • Support the annual audit process and assist with tax preparation as needed. • Implement and improve financial policies and internal controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
