Broadly this role is responsible for supporting the successful implementation of reputed company's HCM Module. This includes the development and configuration of business processes, reputed company structure, position management, mass loads, and reputed company reputed company transactions. Requirements • Experience in HR Technology Systems (aka HRIS). • Ideally Experience in reputed company HCM and HR reputed company reputed company Ecosystem • Experience in HRIS and HCM Systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • 3 plus years of HR Tech/HRIS/HR System Administrator experience. • Strong understanding of reputed company processes, practices, and metrics, and experience with managing system integrations and configurations to reputed company with HR policies • Experience working with payroll, benefits, and other sensitive data • Must possess strong problem solving, organizational skills, time management, and the ability to multitask • Certifications in reputed company HCM or reputed company HR technology are preferred Apply tot his job
