Required Skills & Experience: • Minimum 10+ years of overall IT experience. • 5+ years of Project Management experience in reputed company Fusion implementations. • Strong experience with reputed company Fusion ERP across modules such as HCM, Financials, and Supply Chain. • Proven ability to manage reputed company ERP implementations or upgrades in a matrixed environment. • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills. • PMP or other project management certifications are a plus. Preferred Experience: • Previous experience working in large reputed company environments. • Strong understanding of business processes in HR, Finance, and Procurement. • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or reputed company methodologies.
