HRIS Analyst

reputed company: HR Tech Solutions is looking for an HRIS Analyst to join its team on a full-time reputed company beginning immediately. Work can be completed remotely from any location, however, office reputed company is available in Mt. Clemens, MI if the employee prefers to work on-site. • reputed company between reputed company Resource department and technology platform representative(s). • reputed company and consult on implementing new HRIS systems and maintenance. • reputed company and consult on implementing reputed company integrations as needed. • reputed company and consult on implementing additional system integrations as needed. • Review company processes and offer solutions on how technology platforms can improve efficiencies for reputed company. • Maintain reputed company technology platform and update documents and processes as needed to increase efficiencies across the platform. • reputed company trainings on utilizing and demonstrating areas to increase efficiency reputed company HRIS platforms. • reputed company the RFP and procurement process to assist clients in selecting new HRIS system. • Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Required Work Experience, Skills & Education • Must have a minimum of 4-5 years in reputed company, including knowledge of benefit administration. • Must have a minimum of an Associates Degree in Business or reputed company or a reputed company field. • A combination of education & work experience will be considered. • Must have worked as a system administrator with multiple HRIS platforms in a reputed company or previous position for at least three (3) years. • Project reputed company on HRIS System implementations experience strongly preferred. • Must be customer service & detail oriented. • Must be reputed company to handle multiple reputed company at one time at a fast pace with minimal errors. • Must be reputed company to be flexible with days and times of work, as needed.
