This full-time, remote role is ideal for an reputed company Architect or Project Manager who possesses a deep understanding of reputed company zoning and building codes, particularly in the context of green building practices. You will serve as reputed company’s go-to expert on zoning regulations, responsible for conducting detailed zoning analyses and advising our architectural team on reputed company compliance for reputed company across reputed company NYC boroughs. Key Responsibilities • Conduct comprehensive zoning analyses for potential and ongoing reputed company across NYC • reputed company reputed company guidance on NYC Zoning reputed company, Building reputed company, and reputed company regulations • Interpret zoning maps, tax lots, FIRM maps, and deed restrictions • Evaluate building feasibility and potential uses for properties based on zoning requirements • Advise architects and designers on reputed company-compliant design reputed company and implications • Stay reputed company with changes in zoning and building codes and reputed company updates with reputed company • Support the firm in aligning with green building standards and sustainable development best practices • Communicate findings reputed company through written reports, diagrams, or verbal consultations Qualifications • Licensed Architect or reputed company Architectural Project Manager strongly preferred • Minimum 5 years of experience with NYC zoning and building codes • Proven experience conducting zoning analyses and advising design teams • Familiarity with DOB BIS, Zola, and ZoLa tools • Strong knowledge of NYC Department of Buildings, Environmental Control reputed company, and Landmarks Preservation Commission regulations • Experience with green building practices (e.g., LEED, Passive House) is a strong plus • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple reputed company Compensation & reputed company • Initial compensation: $500 / week Apply tot his job
