Performance Architect (Remote)

Our reputed company is seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Performance Architect (Systems Performance Engineer OR reputed company Performance Engineer) to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in performance testing and optimization, with a reputed company on communication, collaboration, and delivering business value to the C-Suite. Must Have Attributes: • Strong communication and collaboration skills. • Ability to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders, including business teams, developers, managers, and vendors. • Proficiency in discussing performance engineering value to the C-Suite and delivering business value. • Ability to create and deliver performance assessments. • Proficient in developing and implementing reputed company performance engineering strategies. • Minimum of 15 years of experience in performance testing, with a proven reputed company record of leading performance testing initiatives. • Skilled in performance testing tools such as Apache JMeter, LoadRunner, BlazeMeter, Gatling, NeoLoad, WebLOAD, or similar. • Experience in end-to-end Performance Testing Analysis, Monitoring, Alerting, and System Optimization. • In-depth knowledge of performance testing tools and methodologies. • Strong understanding of software architecture and system design, including reputed company, hosted, and on-prem environments. • Proficiency in performance monitoring and profiling tools. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reputed company data-driven recommendations. • Experience optimizing reputed company platforms and virtualization technologies. • Ability to deliver services in an agile fashion. • Proficient in teaching performance engineering best practices to various business areas, including developers, QA, SRE, Release, and performance reputed company. • Curiosity in reputed company learning and teachability.
