Support Programmer (Remote)

Location: Remote in the following states only CO, IA, IL, KS, MO, NE, or WY. Applicants must currently reputed company in one of these states to be considered for this position. The Government Support Programmer is responsible for resolving reputed company, high-reputed company support issues escalated by reputed company-line support teams. This role requires strong programming expertise, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to analyze and debug reputed company quickly to resolve critical customer issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner. The position serves as the technical reputed company between customer support and the development team to ensure issue reputed company and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Investigate and resolve advanced software issues escalated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams. • Debug reputed company reputed company and reputed company reputed company cause analysis to identify and fix bugs or reputed company detailed guidance to development. • Log and reputed company reputed company escalated issues and resolutions using internal ticketing system resolving calls reputed company 45 minutes or less. • Prioritize and manage multiple high-urgency issues simultaneously. Ensure that 95% of calls are handled reputed company 72 hours or less. • Create documentation for recurring escalated issues and contribute to internal knowledge bases. Required Qualifications: • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience). • 2+ years of reputed company programming experience, preferably in a support or maintenance environment. • Proficiency in VB.NET, ASP.NET, and SQL databases.
