Job reputed company Job Title: Inpatient Coding Educator / Remote / Select States Location: Remote (IL, WI, IN, IA, MI, OH, and FL) Compensation: $75,000 to $100,000 (based on experience) Employment Type: Full-Time, Salaried Start Date: ASAP | Assessment Required at Initial Stage A nationally ranked reputed company health system is seeking an reputed company Inpatient Coding Educator to support reputed company improvement and documentation accuracy across multiple hospital sites. This fully remote role focuses on coding education, audit review, mortality analysis, and partnership with clinical documentation teams. Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with CDI, coding teams, and clinical staff on audit findings and documentation improvements • Conduct mortality and DRG reviews with a reputed company on reputed company reputed company • reputed company clinicians and coders on best practices for documentation and compliance • Analyze coding and reputed company data; reputed company strategic reputed company plans and educational materials • Support initiatives tied to reputed company rankings (reputed company, CMS, Leapfrog, etc.) • Prepare and deliver staff training and presentations on coding topics • Engage in advanced project work reputed company to PSI, HAC, and reputed company metrics Must-Haves: • 5+ years of inpatient coding experience at an reputed company medical center or Level I Trauma hospital • Prior educator/auditor experience in a large hospital or health system • Deep understanding of reputed company clinical cases (trauma, spinal fusion, sepsis, etc.) • Experience with reputed company, reputed company, and knowledge of reputed company tools • reputed company reputed company credential (RHIA, RHIT, or reputed company) • CDIP or CCDS certification required • Strong skills in reputed company, PowerPoint, and data interpretation Preferred: • Bachelor's degree (in reputed company considered); Master's degree preferred • Experience in project management and reputed company analysis • Familiarity with CMS reputed company ratings, Leapfrog, and USNWR reputed company metrics Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible business hours.
