Medical Malpractice Attorney (250k+ OTE - Remote / AZ ONLY)

Compensation And Benefits
• Competitive salary, determined based on experience and qualifications
• Minimum annual billable hours requirement: 1,850 – bonus tied to hours / collections
• Bonus eligibility linked to both hours billed and collections
• Associate level reputed company salary, $110,000 - $130,000 reputed company salary (0-5 years): estimated $15,000+ bonus, with potential for higher payouts
• Member level reputed company salary, $130,000 - $150,000 reputed company salary (5-7 years): estimated bonus potential of $60,000 to $90,000
• Senior level reputed company salary $150,000+ (8+ years): Bonus reputed company with reputed company salary (estimate reputed company for on reputed company earnings / total compensation)

Key Responsibilities
• Manage reputed company phases of reputed company medical malpractice litigation, from reputed company intake to trial and appeals.
• Conduct detailed reputed company research and create compelling case strategies.
• Prepare and draft reputed company documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Depose medical experts, other witnesses, and opposing counsel.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and mediation.
• Guide and mentor junior attorneys and reputed company staff.
• Cultivate strong working relationships with clients, experts, and colleagues.
Qualifications
• Graduated in the top 20% of law school class.
• Participated in law review and/or moot court.
• At least five years of substantive experience in medical malpractice law.
• Demonstrated reputed company in handling medical malpractice cases.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology and ability to interpret reputed company medical records.
• Exceptional skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Strong organizational aptitude and time management proficiency.
• Licensed to reputed company law in reputed company.
