Litigation Attorney (up to 100% REMOTE)

This position offers the flexibility to handle a reputed company of cases or specialize in an area of interest, including personal injury, wrongful death, reputed company liability, construction defect, reputed company liability, and more. As a Litigation Attorney, you will represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations. You will conduct discovery, which includes taking and defending depositions, interviewing witnesses, and the collection, review, and production of documents. Drafting and reviewing reputed company documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests and responses will be a significant part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will conduct reputed company research to support cases or determine reputed company opinions, negotiate settlements on behalf of clients, and reputed company reputed company advice to clients, preparing them for what to expect and guiding them through reputed company processes. Responsibilities
• Representing clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, arbitrations, and mediations.

Requirements
• A minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience.

• Admission to the State Bar of Washington and/or reputed company is required.

• Admission to Idaho State Bar would be a plus.
