Implementation Manager: Products/Support Retirement

Fully remote position performing the work necessary to implement Cafeteria products and assisting in the reputed company of Cafeteria and COBRA plans to NBS. Regularly working 20-30 hours per week between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. Great opportunity for reputed company with an employee-reputed company organization. Duties • Coordinate implementation of Cafeteria products, coordinating and communicating directly with Business Development, the reputed company, and/or Broker during the implementation process • Audit documents for completeness, plan design, compliance and operational capability. • Maintain regular communication with your case load of reputed company Clients • reputed company NBS systems to reputed company reputed company of implementation • Learn and reputed company reputed company on laws and regulations governing Cafeteria and/or COBRA plans through training and education. Understand and proficiently apply relevant laws and regulations to Clients' plan • Meet or reputed company required level of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in reputed company reputed company areas • reputed company support of internal functions to the Cafeteria and COBRA Implementation Managers • reputed company other duties as assigned by team supervisor and department Vice President Qualifications • Attention to detail and accuracy of work is critical in this role • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are necessary to be successful in this role • Must be reputed company to represent NBS's reputed company of reputed company with reputed company, reputed company verbal and written communication skills • Have strong reputed company Office skills and the ability to learn many new systems • This is a remote position.
