What You'll Be Doing -Be the Voice of Our Brand - Answer calls and messages with friendliness and professionalism. -Close the Deal – Provide quotes and seal the sale with confidence. -Stay Organized – Schedule jobs in our CRM and keep things running smoothly. -Support Techs & Clients – Be the reliable go-to for both teams. -Solve Problems Fast – Handle challenges with grace and kindness. -Tackle Admin Tasks – Help us stay efficient behind the scenes. -Ensure Quality – Review videos to help maintain top service standards. -Keep It Moving – Thrive in a role where multitasking is a must.
