Job Overview IDEC Corporation/ dba APEM, a global leader in man‐machine interface devices is searching for a self-motivated, creative and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a focus on driving online traffic and increasing brand awareness. This role requires proficiency in various digital marketing platforms and techniques, including SEO, e-commerce, and analytics. Job Description Responsible for executing, optimizing, and reporting on the lead generation and nurturing process utilizing various marketing platforms and techniques to increase marketing qualified leads conversion rates to opportunities and opportunity wins. Duties and Responsibilities: Marketing Planning · Develop digital, traditional media and event marketing strategies to meet company growth objectives in the US region. · Formulate monthly tracking report on Qualified Leads (QL) as well as opportunity generation and opportunity wins generated from QL. · Coordinate other third-party digital advertisement opportunities. · Plan and execute other and new marketing activities necessary to achieve QL and other KPI objectives. · drive the creative process in generating all contextual concepts on digital media. Digital Marketing Activities · Work with the Marketing Communications Manager, Director of Global Digital Marketing, US Product Marketing Managers and Verticals Marketing Manager to implement and execute various digital marketing campaigns for the US in accordance with the KPIs set for the year · Drive online traffic on all digital touch points, track conversion rates and make improvements to contents and websites to achieve KPI. · Executing, optimizing, and reporting on SEO/SEM campaigns, marketing database, email, social and display advertising campaigns. · Work to configure and execute lead generation and nurture campaigns utilizing Hubspot Marketing Automation, SAP Hybris personalization engine platform and salesforce CRM. · Keep current with the latest developments with digital marketing, traditional marketing, events and industry user practices and expectations surrounding IDEC customers. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate. · Conduct research on marketing trends, customer demand, and other necessary information required to assure continuous inflow of dynamics for continuous evolution of marketing automation approaches. · Maintain awareness of competitors and positioning of their marketing communication approaches. · Propose and develop as needed, any changes or additional business processes which can result in improving the opportunity generation and conversion rates. Support · Cross training of international peers when needed. · Travel may be required for key internal meetings outside of the US. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field. · Hands-on work experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, Email Marketing Coordinator, or similar role executing, optimizing, and reporting on digital marketing activities · Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, web analytics, and Google Ads. · Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques. · Fundamental knowledge of HTML and website building. · Hubspot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Google Ads certifications a plus Personal Attributes: · Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. · Proactive, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · Highly organized and detail oriented. · Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude. · Fast learner and not afraid to ask questions. · Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
