About the role
• As a Telechat/Phone Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels such as telechat, phone calls, and email. This role is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, self-motivated, and possess strong problem-solving skills. What you'll do
• Respond to incoming telechat, phone calls, and emails from clients
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries and concerns
• Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
• Manage and update customer information in our database
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while delivering exceptional customer service
• Achieve individual and team targets for customer satisfaction and resolution time
Qualifications
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction
The pay range for this role is:
27 - 34 USD per hour(Remote (Memphis, Tennessee, US))
