Role Overview
The Premier Success (Sales) Manager is responsible for driving new business growth by conducting sales calls, following up with leads, converting prospects into clients, and building lasting relationships that foster trust and retention. You’ll be the first impression for many of our clients and a key player in their ongoing satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls with real estate agents, teams, and brokerages interested in our services
• Follow up with leads via phone, email, and text to nurture relationships and move prospects through the sales pipeline
• Clearly explain the value of Premier TC Services, answer questions, and address objections with a consultative approach
• Guide new clients through the sign-up process, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience
• Maintain detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities in our CRM and tracking tools
• Build and maintain rapport with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and point of contact
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff from sales to transaction coordination
• Collect feedback from new clients to help improve our sales process and client experience
• Receive coaching and development by the CEO
• Attend meetings, conferences and trade expos to expand knowledge, grow business
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and retention targets
What We’re Looking For
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience (real estate or professional services preferred)
• Exceptional communication skills—personable, genuine, and able to build trust quickly
• Strong follow-up and organizational abilities; able to manage multiple leads and priorities at once
• Confident, self-motivated, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
• Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and cloud-based tools (Google Workspace, Monday.com, etc.)
• Passionate about delivering a top-tier client experience and building long-term relationships
• Real estate industry experience or licensure is a plus, but not required
