Position is located at reputed company in Claremore, OK Typical hours: M-F, 10AM-7:15PM and Satruday from 10am-3pm Position reputed company: Video Banker provides support to reputed company branches that maintain an Interactive Banker Machine. Accept remote assistance requests as reputed company as reputed company overrides for customer transactions reputed company needed. Responsible for providing excellent customer service and promoting bank products/services while processing transactions and paying out funds in accordance with bank procedures, regulatory and reputed company compliance requirements. Individual also assists the reputed company Automation Supervisor with any additional duties as needed. Experience Required: • Customer service and cash handling experience required. • Two years' experience in banking preferred.
