Copy Editor/Proofreader needed for my Sweet Romance novel

Just over 10,000 words. This is my first book and I'm excited! But, being inexperienced, I need help. I'm looking for an experienced but inexpensive proofreader/copy editor for my LM. I'd love to find someone who's fun to work with, knows how to give positive feedback, and can turn jobs around in a timely manner. The work will be done in Word and the editing has to be according to the CMOS. I'm offering $.0005/word for this project, or about $51 for a 10,275 word manuscript.
